PBC is a commercial finance company that provides financial services to small to medium-sized companies, and specializes in factoring, trade financing and commercial lending. PBC serves companies in a variety of industries, with the majority of its clients in the apparel and textile industry, located in Los Angeles and New York regions.

PBC is dedicated to serving its clients, and joins with them in a mutual effort to enable them to grow their business and build company value. PBC constantly strives to improve and grow from within by focusing on continuous internal assessments and renovations to ensure the maintenance of a sound and efficient operating structure.

1999

Establishing

Prime Business Credit, Inc. (PBC) was established in February 1999, and has steadily grown into a respected financial lender in the financial district of Downtown Los Angeles.

2000

Growing

Starting with an annual factoring volume of XX in 2000, Prime’s client base has grown substantially.

2016

PBC Financial Inc.

Annual factoring volume in 2016 was over $650.

Asiana Capital, Inc.

ACI operates as a commercial finance lender in Los Angeles.

In early 2016, PBC Financial, Inc. was created to serve as the holding company of Prime Business Credit, Inc. (PBC), Since then, PBC has operated as a wholly owned subsidiary of PBC Financial, Inc. PBC Financial Inc owns a second subsidiary, Asiana Capital, Inc.(ACI), which, as part of PBC’s growth strategy, was originally acquired by PBC in 2013. As part of the restructuring in 2016 ACI became a wholly owned subsidiary of PBC Financial, Inc.

To Our Community

With its history of successful operations, PBC has begun to consider its role and responsibility in the community.

In an effort to give back to the community and potentially develop future leaders, PBC launched a PBC Scholarship Fund in 2014 to provide aid to college students in the community in recognition of their academic achievement, and continues to assist students each year.
